Police are appealing for witnesses after a four-man brawl broke out on Christmas Day in Hendon.
Between 11.30pm and midnight on Friday December 25, police were called to the scene in Ridley Terrace where they arrested four men aged 18, 40, 37 and 25.
Two men were taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital with cuts to their arms and heads. Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
