Mittens at the ready – the Mowbray Park Ice Rink is now ready to open it’s gates for another year!
From this Friday until Sunday January 03, Wearsiders will flock to the SR2 beauty spot for hours of festive fun.
The rink will be open from 11am until 8pm on weekdays and 10am until 6pm on weekends. A family ticket will set you back £17.85, adults tickets are priced at £5.80, children’s tickets will be £4.75, and concessions tickets are on sale for £4.20. Not a unnoticeable dip into the purse, and it’s not clear how long skaters get on the ice for that.
On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, the rink will be open until 4pm. On Christmas Day and New Years Day, the rink will be closed.
